Take your health back in time
At Back For The Future Chiropractic, making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported is our highest priority. We understand that visiting a chiropractor for the first time can feel a little daunting, especially when you’re unsure of what to expect. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous or apprehensive before your first appointment.
That’s why, from the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by a warm, friendly, and caring environment designed to help you feel at ease. Our experienced team takes the time to listen, answer your questions, and guide you through each step of your visit so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your care.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for every practice member, whether you’re visiting for pain relief, posture support, wellness care, or simply looking to improve your overall quality of life. Our team is committed to ensuring your experience with us is not only professional and supportive, but also genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.
We take X-rays on-site.
At our Fern Bay clinic, we offer on-site X-rays to help provide a deeper understanding of your spine, posture, and overall skeletal health. When clinically required, X-rays allow our Chiropractors to assess structural changes, identify underlying conditions, and create more tailored care plans based on your individual needs.
They also play an important role in monitoring progress over time, helping both you and your practitioner better understand how your body is responding to care. By tracking changes in spinal alignment, posture, and skeletal function, we’re able to provide more informed recommendations and support long-term improvements in your health and wellbeing.
Initial Intensive Care
This stage of care is aimed at addressing your immediate concerns as quickly as possible. This is usually the most intensive stage of care, and focusses on joint function and aims to control inflammation as quickly as possible.
Corrective Care
Corrective care aims to address the long-term, bad habits of your spinal movement. It can help retrain how your spine moves. It can also help prevent relapses or similar injuries later. Corrective care requires consistent, regular adjustments over weeks or months, depending on the case. At pre-determined intervals, full progress examinations take place in order to measure your progress.
Symptomatic Care
Symptomatic care focuses on helping relieve discomfort, improve movement, and restore day-to-day function when symptoms arise. Whether you’re experiencing back pain, neck tension, headaches, joint discomfort, or acute injuries, our Chiropractors aim to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and provide care tailored to your immediate needs.
