Meet the Team

A Career Built on Service

In 2004, Dr Luke was living in Indonesia when the Boxing Day Tsunami occurred. He then spent a few years in humanitarian aid. Dr Luke loved helping others, which made him consider a career that would allow him to do that and use his hands – chiropractic ticked both boxes.

Dr Luke received his chiropractic education at Macquarie University in Sydney, graduating in 2011 and starting a practice that same year. In 2013, he completed the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophy at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. He holds certifications in scoliosis management, posture correction, and Chiropractic BioPhysics

He opened Back for the Future Chiropractic with the goal of helping people remain upright and active well into their golden years by assessing postural distortions and spinal malalignment and providing corrective care and education to create a proactive approach to health.

Lifelong Care

Offering care for clients from a young age allows us to help kids and teens before problems become advanced and intractable. Some postural changes that we used to see in people in their 50s and 60s are showing up in teenagers now as a result of our dependence on technology. With corrective care and education, we help clients make better choices for long-term health.

Away From the Office

Dr Luke is an avid surfer. So when he isn’t in the office, you can find him catching the waves. He and his partner Zoe recently welcomed their first child.

Dr Luke Stone

(B. Chiro Sci, M. Chiro)

Dr Luke Stone grew up in a family focused on a holistic, conservative approach to healthcare, avoiding medications and invasive procedures like surgeries. He was always active in sports, particularly in surfing, and when he was 16, he hurt his neck surfing. It was a week before his year ten formal, and he wanted to feel great.

His dad took him to the physio and GP—nothing helped. Finally, he tried chiropractic, which allowed him to turn his head again. The non-invasive, restorative approach offered by chiropractic intrigued him.

Education & Certifications

To prepare for his career, Dr Hayes earned a B. Chiropractic, Dip Applied Science from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2017.

Finding Fulfilment Helping Others

"Movement is life and I’ve seen first-hand how transformative it can be for the body and mind, both when you have it and when you don't. With over 10 years experience studying the human body, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people regain movement, reclaim their health, and live life to the fullest. Anyone can reach their goals with the right tools & know-how, and that’s where I can help.”

Outside the Practice

When Dr Hayes isn't in practice you will find him at the beach, watching any sport involving a rugby ball or boxing gloves, or staying active at the gym.

Dr Cooper Fogerty

(B. Chiro Sci, M. Chiro)

Chiropractor

Growing up around close family members who are well-established chiropractors, he was inspired to pursue a career in the health profession from an early age. Personal experiences with injury further strengthened this passion, highlighting the importance of supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best.

Recognising the physical demands of modern life, Dr Cooper focuses on helping patients restore balance and efficiency within the body. His goal is to position the body in a way that promotes optimal performance, supports effective recovery, and reduces the risk of injury over time.

Education and Certificates

Dr Cooper holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, underpinning his evidence-based and patient-centred approach to care.

Finding Fulfilment in Helping Others

What Cooper values most about chiropractic is not only the immediate relief patients often experience, but the opportunity to create meaningful, long-term improvements in overall wellbeing. He is passionate about being more than just a practitioner but rather serving as a supportive outlet for patients while helping them move better, feel stronger, and enhance their quality of life. Through his studies and clinical experience, he has developed a strong appreciation for the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal, particularly when the nervous system is functioning optimally.

Outside the Practice

Outside of the clinic, Cooper enjoys staying active through high-intensity and resistance training. He is also passionate about golf, spending time at the beach, and following sport. Whether that’s early mornings watching soccer or supporting the Sydney Swans on the weekends.
